Maternity Pre-Registration at UPMC in Central Pa.

When registering for your maternity stay, you must register at the hospital where your provider has privileges. If you are unsure, please contact your office for this information before registering.

I am an existing UPMC in Central Pa. patient:

If you have already set up your UPMC Central PA Portal Account, log in here. 

• Sign in, with your UPMC Central PA Portal username and password. 
• Go to menu button on upper left-hand corner and click on Register for My Delivery. 

If you have not set up your UPMC Central PA Portal Account, sign up here.

• Select new user. 
• Select I do not have a code. 
• Complete information
• After the form has been completed and submitted a code will be emailed to you to set up your new account.
• Once account your is set up, sign-in and go to menu button on upper left-hand corner and click on Register for My Delivery. 

I am not a UPMC in Central Pa. patient

If you are not a UPMC in Central Pa. patient and have not received any services (outpatient, primary care, hospital, imaging, lab, etc.) from UPMC in Central Pa. Please click the link below to print out your Maternity pre-registration form to mail in or fax to the location you will be delivering your baby.
