We provide broad-based clinical training in Internal Medicine, while serving the health needs of our community. Our program’s core value is a commitment to educate and train residents to become competent physician leaders who provide high quality, patient-centered care with an emphasis on primary care and hospital medicine. We provide a supportive working and learning environment that fosters professional growth and guides our residents as caring and compassionate physicians.
Our program fully embraces the 6 GME competencies. In addition, we have adopted our own 7th competency – balance between professional and personal lives. Our Program is designed to promote camaraderie between residents and faculty, resulting in a “big family” supportive environment.
Our Internal Medicine residents go to pursue hospitalist, fellowship, general practice, and academic positions. Review a list of 2017-2020 graduating residents and their positions.
