Family Hospice works with the Great Lakes Erie Chapter of Threshold Choir. Founded by Kate Munger in 2000, the group's mission is to sing a cappella in small groups at the bedsides of people at the thresholds of life. Groups of two to four singers visit bedsides by invitation to provide comfort to hospice patients.
